About the Men's Fellowship
The Men's Fellowship was established to bring Methodist men together for Christian fellowship, discipleship, and service. Although its roots date back to the early 1970s, when church leaders recognised the need for a dedicated ministry for men, the Fellowship was officially recognised by the Annual Conference of The Methodist Church Ghana in 1983 and nationally inaugurated in 1984.
Today, the Fellowship serves men across societies, circuits, dioceses, and Methodist communities around the world. Through prayer, Bible study, leadership development, and mutual accountability, members are encouraged to grow into spiritually mature disciples who faithfully reflect Christ in their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.
The Fellowship actively supports the mission of The Methodist Church Ghana through evangelism, mentorship, community service, church development, and charitable outreach. Members are called to lead by example, strengthening both the Church and society through lives marked by faith, integrity, and servant leadership.
Objectives
What we aim to achieve
Strengthen the spiritual lives of Methodist men through prayer, Bible study, and fellowship
Encourage members to live according to the teachings and example of Jesus Christ
Equip men to become responsible Christian husbands, fathers, professionals, and community leaders
Promote unity, accountability, and mutual support among members
Mobilise members to use their gifts, talents, and resources to advance the mission of the Church
